I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Princeton University (Princeton, NJ)
Interview
Resume sent online, phone call, brief chat, loooong 2 hour interview with Staffing HR, Department Manager, another manager, and 3 other Administrative Staff. Was pretty stuffy with HR and DM - but other staff more friendly. Got the feeling some tension within the team.

Painless. Instructions easy to follow. Asked basic questions and seemed more interested in my communication skills, which I liked. Seemed like a good group to work with and for. Positive

Interview
I wasn't interviewed as much as I was told that there was no room for growth in the position and no chance of promotion. Everyone seemed nice, but it was disheartening to be told that I would not be offered opprotunities for professional growth.
