The interview process was pretty straight forward: they go over your resume, discuss prior work history, tell you about their clients, their conditions and job duties expected. You first meet with the office manager and discuss your schedule and availability. Then the gerontologist and the nursing manager takes you into another room and does another round of interview. They usually interview for a particular place they are trying to fill at the moment.
