The interviewing process is long, first with the agency, twice, and then with the family, twice. They ask you your experience with families, why you quit, and then need at least three references. The families then ask you the same questions as well as what else you are willing to do around the house. You are the "help", and they want to make sure that you know when to enter and leave a room.
