Interviewed by 6 staff members over a period of several weeks. Several of the panelists were unskilled in interviewing and found it odd that support-level staff would be part of the interviewing process for a senior role. One interviewer expressed that the company is not well structured and lacks process and that my number of interviews proves such. I was contacted by the recruiter who stated another candidate had been selected. I was okay with this. The position was reposted the same day. They missed out on my exceptional skill set.

Fairly quick process. Had an interview over the phone, came into the office and met with the team, I had another 2 interviews and after a few days was offered the position. Things move pretty fast when the candidate is wanted at Privia. The work to get top talent on the team, and when they recognize it, they don't waste time making an offer.
