Interview
It was a very welcoming experience. Both of my interviewers were amazing in energy and asked me questions where I was able to answer genuinely and wholeheartedly. They also thanks me for sharing certain things which really made me feel seen and heard. The process did take a little over an hour but it flew by with all of the information that was exchanged. It was overall a great experience.

Interview
The first interview is over the phone. It’s really important, yet super easy to do. You learn a lot about the job and gain lot of information. In the second interview, done over teams app (like zoom), you learn more about the position, how the team works, and what your role and responsibilities will be. Make sure to do real research about the company because you need to know them just as much as they are getting to know you.
Overall as long as you are yourself and you have a desire to be apart of a team and take interest in the company, then you’ll have no problem with the hiring process. The managers and super professional and personable.
