The interviewer was about 20-30 minutes late for a phone interview and was completely unprofessional. I felt like the interviewer was not qualified to conduct an interview. He seemed nervous, unprepared, and said "um" every other word. It was very clear he did not read my resume before this interview because many questions he asked could be found on my resume. I asked relevant questions about this position and did not receive a very confident answers.
