I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ProCare Therapy
Interview
Was recruited and asked to interview. Initial phone screen of 30 minutes was fine. In person interview was very long. Did not seem like there was any flexibility or skill in the interview process. Very repetitive structure without adaptability to match the person they were talking to. The interview process felt way too intense for the level of compensation offered (it was not great) and by the time I left the interview I was less interested in the role than when I arrived.
Dodging around a lot of the compensation, training and structure questions asked. Asked a lot of questions about past management experience and coworker relationships instead of work done or quality of work. Felt like being interviewed to be an office friend instead of interviewed to do the actual job. Felt like having more experience worked against me because I knew too much and was asking actual questions.

Interview
There are a total of 2 in person interviews depending on how you found the job. You may have a prescreening. They are about 30 minutes each and quick. You interview with 2 different people and then have a shadowing on the last one.

The interview was short and I spoke with a few memebers of the manager team. Some nice some not. They will give you a tour of the floor and the possible team you will be working with and then you will shadow someone for 30 min or so.
