Tucson area Initial phone call screening, lasted about 10mins. 2nd interview in person with the BD manager. 3rd interview with ED only. 4th "informal" interview was with a current Account Liaison. Over 2 weeks without company follow-up I received a denial. I was a bit taken back by the informal request to meet with a current hospital liaison to see if I was a good fit. During the session I was informed that there were 2 past ALs that departed from the company rather quickly so they wanted another staff to provide insight on new hires. I found that to be quite unprofessional and questioned the decision-making capacity of current management. The lack of "follow through" from the company was stark contrast from them preaching about that sentiment during the interview process.
