Interview
I met initially with the director of the unit and then met with a panel of employees from the unit. The panel included day nurses, night nurses, the educator, and the phsyical therapist. Many of them asked questions of me which was somewhat overwhelming. Not all units use the panel interview.

how do you work with nurses who may have a different background then you?
Laid Back. Standard questions. Peer interviews for final selctions. Very comfortable process. Easy going screening process with HR prior to leader interview process. Can take 2-3 weeks to move along to final interviews.
Great environment and work ethics, very professional, welcoming staff. Makes you feel like you are truly a part of the team. I have all the support I need to practice.
Interview with HR first that asked character related questions. Then interviewed with the hiring managers in a relaxed setting just getting to know each other. They made me feel comfortable and it was easy to talk to them about my background and the job
