I interviewed quite a while ago, but felt it would be useful knowledge to pass along.
Process took about 2 weeks altogether. Very quick phone conversation led with a face to face with an Director and a high level manager. Very straight forward interview (strength, weaknesses, ect), no questions out of the ordinary and a lot of questions about your background.
Was brought in for a 2nd interview, and to say the least it was extremely unprofessional. It was with a part time Director, and she literally was texting and playing on her phone the entire time. She was ask me a question, go to her phone and respond with "mhmmm....yup...great." Maybe she took 1 look at me and decided "no" for whatever reason, but she decided to waste both our times. I mean if this is how a Director acts for PSG, I wouldn't want to work there regardless. Obviously I never heard anything back.
2 weeks after that, I found a recruiting job with higher base, better commission, closer to home, and a culture that matches way better to me than the culture I interacted with at PSG. So the Director being a joke actually worked out great for me.
