waste of time not worth it it to be connected to different people all for none of them to help with the job search or even helping with prep overall did not feel like i got anything from working wit them
Had a phone screen. He just asked about my experience and what type of work I was looking for. It had nothing to do with the position I applied for. They did not help me at all. It was a waste of time.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're disappointed to hear that you had a poor experience working with one of our recruiters. We strive to give each candidate a great experience and are discouraged to hear that we fell short. If you’re interested, we’d like the opportunity to make this right. I applied online. I interviewed at ProPivotal (Boston, MA) in Feb 2022
Interview
This was another bait and switch, I applied for an administrative assistant position, I was scheduled for an interview phone screening, the day before the phone screen my interview was rescheduled with someone else. I was more suited for a clinical role so they switched me to a clinical recruiter that had zero idea about the job I applied for, told me that my area had no administrative assistant positions (which at least 5 are currently listed posted within the past week). When I tried to ask the recruiter about any other roles so put me on a brief hold and told me there were none. I questioned her if she would even consider me (I have extensive office experience with a different title) and she said she would keep my resume. She had zero idea about my background, didn't even look at my resume before talking to me. This felt so unprofessional, like a scheme.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked me my address despite it being on the resume in front of her. She asked me what I was interested in, not knowing what position I had applied for.
