Unfortunately the process of interview is very long, first you talk with the recruiter in the company and only then in couple weeks I've got an interview with the Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager is a very nice person. I think the decision was more based on the culture and attitude of the candidates. I didn't get an offer but i have a positive impression from the interview. Nothing hard, frequently asked interview questions.
