I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Procare Solutions in Jun 2020
Interview
Everyone I spoke with seemed great and we had good dialog. I was pretty sure that I was lacking at least one significant quality that they were looking for, but went through 6 lengthy interviews with various people and some optimism that my other qualities made up for what I'm lacking. I was told that the 7th interview was going to be scheduled and never heard back from them. I emailed two and a half weeks later hoping for some kind of feedback (I can make some assumptions--affirmation would be nice, though) but it's been three and a half weeks since I sent that email.
I generally would just ignore this, but based on the other interview feedback I've seen on Glassdoor this is a systemic problem and I think it's important for anyone interviewing with them to establish some expectations with them when they go in to their own interview process.
