Open conversational call with the recruiter. She was super nice and knowledgeable about the role. Moved on to a demo/ pitch with the director of sales. (You choose your product, focused on the qualifying stage) and he told me I did great. Then another zoom meeting with the ops lead, which I felt was a bit awkward and I knew right away that they wouldn’t move forward and the next day they said they choose to move forward with better candidates. Looking for technical skills, which I had in previous roles.
