A gentleman asked me to prepare a landing page before he engages in an interview with me. I spent several hours to do the task and delivered it on time. Unfortunately, I was not honoured with a reply or feedback, not even a rejection despite my follow-up. The tool I used to create the landing page would charge me at the end of the 14-day trial so I deleted it. Kind feedback: when your recruitment adopts the lazy tactic of asking applicants to do a task before you even phone screen them, be so kind and at least reply back. It's the least you can do to honour the hours that someone dedicated.
