I heard back from a recruiter within 24 hours for a phone screening interview. They work through a scheduler app to schedule which is nice and efficient. My recruiter called me 10 minutes late which I had to pretend was okay, even though that shows a lot from their end. The questions were simple, I was asked what my job is like now in terms of responsibilities. I thought it was odd that my first question was “who do you know from Procore?” I wasn’t aware that was a necessity going in. My rejection email was a copied and pasted response which was disappointing.
