I've got to say this was the best interviewing experience I've had. Beforehand I was given a breakdown of the people I would be interviewing with, their roles within the company and the type of interview it would be. (coding vs architectural vs leadership) I met with the entire panel at the very beginning where they introduced themselves and asked general questions. This saved a lot of time as I didn't need to repeat my background with each individual interviewer; allowing more time to ask deeper questions later on. The interview was broken down into a general meet and greet with the entire panel, a leadership focussed portion, an interview about the core values, a pair programming coding exercise, and a architecture design panel with 2 engineers. It was very well organized and executed!
