Interview
The hiring process was based on three steps: online test (both about personality and logical abilities); telephone interview (about CV and your personality); logical-mathematical test and three individual interviews in P&G's offices. I wasn't ask any "technical" question about the job I applied for (trade marketing), they were mainly focused on how you behave in different situations.
