first you get an aptitude test and then an interview. they will ask you to prepare a presentation and present at the end. Aptitude test is slightly hard, takes time to do that. recruiters are very nice.

Interview
Rigorous. Testing before consideration, then phone interview, then day interview. It was a very long process where they really wanted to get to know you on a personal level as well as a professional level. Very interesting, they incorporated aspects of the work to understand how I would process situations, very accommodating to my needs while I was onsite and very open about the company (pro's and con's). Overall, the interview was a good balance of give and take from both sides, easy flowing and interesting.
