1. The whole process was *painfully slow*, it took 76 days from initial application to the first interview (and there were still at least 2 interviews left!). 2. When I asked about the next step, interviewer specifically drew my attention that there can't be any results until all three interviews are conducted by different people from different departments (!). Yet the next day I received a decline email. *Misinforming* is not good, and interviewer of all people should be well aware of the whole process. 3. Interviewer overall readiness wasn't sufficient. There wasn't certainty practically about anything. They outsource the most part of the application process. Overall, the process is slow, ambiguous, and, in the end, arbitrary, as it seems. Especially, given the entry-level character of the job.
