Passed 1st online test. Got invited for 2nd round. Consist of numerical, logical and figural reasoning. Numerical reasoning is very hard. There is zero relation between sales and numerical reasoning. Absolutely useless as a person with even 20 years of experience could be sidelined cos of this test. Thumbs down !!

I took a series of 3 assessments and then completed a video interview. I was asked to answer questions using the CAR method. The interview lasted 20 minutes, and the recruiter did not seem interested in answering my questions about the position.
