Interview
Make sure you know about the STAR interview technique. You will be asked to present answers according to this pattern. I had 5 Competency-based questions (Describe a situation in which you effectively developed a solution to a problem by combining different perspectives or approaches) that require a strong example and two situational interview questions (what would you do if your manager offered a new project he/she is very passionate and confident about, but you found out that it is not efficient enough and is risky). The interview lasted a bit more than an hour, it depends on the way you describe the case. You need to be creative with your answer and able to prove your results. The situation can be based on experience from difference areas like hobbies, voluntary work, school.
