I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
A phone interview and then a face to face interview in their offices. I actually got a phonecall from a member of the IT team when I applied to tell me that I would be getting an offer to do an interview soon - this was a really nice touch and a big factor in my interest in the company and the team.
There is first a personality and logic test which is easy if you are in the right mindset, although a surprising number of people fail.
Interview is mostly personality although there were a few technical questions and I understand there are more now.

Starts with self-introductions and usual behaviour interview questions. At the end you are given a chance to ask questions. Was also given an opportunity to speak with an existing employee even during interview which addresses some of the questions I had.
