Interview
The application process starts with answering the online application form, then taking the personality test that is sent via email. Once you pass that, you will be invited to take the global reasoning test (which contains numerical reasoning, logical reasoning, and pattern recognition questions). Next step after passing the global reasoning test would be the paper screening where they determine (using your resume and your online application) whether they have a job open (or fit) for you. If you do, they'll contact you to have your interviews. You need to undergo a minimum of three interviews (Either three individual interviews, or one panel interview). If you pass all the interviews, the next and final step will be the offer already.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
