Fair process, merit based. In my time, two tests and three interviews were taken. These were rigorous, yet very relevant at sifting through for better candidates. Overall, I would highly recommend.
The interview process included an online aptitude assessment, a technical coding interview, a system design discussion, and a final behavioral interview with the hiring manager, followed by reference checks and an offer decision.
Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job.
