I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2019
Interview
I spoke to a P&G recruiter at my school's career fair, then I applied online and immediately got an invitation to take a few IQ/situational/personality assessments (slightly confusing, the best advice is to take your time and focus). A few days after submission, I got a call inviting me to an on-campus interview at my school ( mainly behavioral a few situational, use P&G's CAR [STAR] method). About 6 weeks later I got call inviting me for an on-site interview in Cincinnati. They flew me out, put me in a hotel, and took care of everything. The Day Visit consisted of a panel interview (identical to the first), meetings with various people, a tour, lunch, and dinner (with an assigned host). The day after my day visit I received a call where they extended a verbal offer for the internship.

Interview
Just got an assessment for behavior, math, logic, and memorization. I received a message soon after saying that my score wasn't sufficient and that I'd have to wait to retake it.

Interview
I submitted my application in October and received an offer in April after 2 assessments and 4 interviews. I believe the process was long due to me still completing my final year of university. The first 2 interviews were general behavioral interviews. I was then referred to the team were I would be hired where I had the final behavioral interview and a final technical interview. All 3 behavioral interviews had the same format and very similar questions. You should prepare 5 or so anecdotes where you showed leadership, creativity, cooperation, ect. The technical interview just asked for more detail about my workflow and thought processes on projects from my resume.
