The interview process was very easy going. The interviewer was extremely nice and asked common behavior and situational questions. Overall, the interviewer was very patient and it was an enjoyable interview.

If you are working on a project with a coworker who has not contributed whatsoever. What are the next steps you should take?
The process was very nice. I believe there are 3 interviews in total, i did not pass the last interveiw. You will get to interview with people not only in your department, but other department with different bands. The interviewer will really focus on your past experience and extract the value they see that aligns with the firm.
My initial interview was with one recruiter and was pretty positive. He asked behavioral and situational questions. You must follow the Context Action Result (CAR) format as they state. Good luck!
