I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Dec 2014
Interview
Applied online through their job page. Did the online reasoning test and answered some short behavioral questions. Two weeks later I got an invitation for an offline reasoning test and some interviews at their premises. The reasoning test was quite similar to the practice test (provided online) although the last part was a little bit harder. The test, when successful, is followed by three interviews, only one in which direct behavioral questions were asked. All interviewers made you feel at ease and were easy-going. Even got to do an informal lunch with one other employee. Two days after I was offered a position as an intern.

Question 1
A lot of questions on my dissertation as it was quite similar to the job description for which I applied. The toughest question maybe was 'what would you like to know from me?'. All other questions were either out of interest or behavioral as mentioned on the P&G website.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
