I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Applied online. received an email a day later to schedule a phone interview. The phone conversation lasted about 30 min. Went through my resume and past experience. They are going to ask you why you want to work for them, make sure you have an answer that talks about the company's achievements and how you want to/can contribute to those achievements. Make sure you have questions prepared to ask them because they will ask you if you do. it will show that you have actual interest and you've done research on them.
Didn't do the interview yet, but have been through the "assessment" step for the selection. It was THE WORST experience for an assessment I have ever made. Everyone keeps complaining about platforms, but I have never seen anyone complaining about this GATE assessment. It is exhausting and impossible to keep up - specially the focus one, which you have to focus and have also a perfect memory (as long as you are not cheating). They have to remember that they are looking for PEOPLE to fill up positions and not MACHINES. If that is the case, then maybe just hire some AI to do the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Mumbai) in Jan 2024
