I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Champaign, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
Very lengthy interview process that begins online. After weeding out potential candidates through basic online application process, a 1 on 1 interview ensues. The interview leads to an internship instead of an entry-level job. Thus, interning for a summer serves as a long interview for potential employment at Procter & Gamble.
They send an online assessment which has multiple different kinds of questions. I have no idea how this enables them to judge a candidate’s ability towards the job. It’s the same assessment for all the jobs. I have given multiple of them and I am sure was able to perform really well. However, every single time they send a rejection. And this assessment easily takes 1hr+ . Why waste candidate’s time if you’re not even bothered to have a decent f2f human interaction before rejecting someone with no particular feedback as well. If you’re actually truthful about the assessment, then give us a feedback at the very least about showing what went wrong instead of wasting candidate’s time for it. I have stopped applying for P&G even though the job roles match perfectly for my profile, just because of their unnecessary assessment.
After the application you receive an online test and if you pass that you are invited to the interview. There are 3 interview rounds. Very friendly HR person, fast communication.
