I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2009
Interview
i applied online and had to take an online assessment. After i took the online assessments, I got a phone interview that was mostly behavioural guestions that asked about your leadership and experiences. The interviewer was very friendsly and barely asked any hard questions. I think I did well but i didn't get a second interview and i thought i had the experiences as well.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
