It took the company just about a year after I applied and tested for the job. after that I met with 2 people for an interview and then another interview with 1 person a week later.

The interview took approximate 45 minutes and included a series of questions that I believe to be very important to the hiring process. They want to be sure you are not only confident in your own capabilites but a good fit for what they are seeking.

Emailed offer to take the test
Passed test was instantly setup for interview
Had interview with 2 people asking series of questions.
Last interview was with manager and offered job making sure that I knew what the job called for and basically offered me job right afterwards and had to take drug screening on spot.
