Interview
After the offline reasoning test held in the local P&G office, I was given a call by HR that I have qualified for the interview rounds. In total, there are three rounds of interview, each within the span of 1-2 weeks. Each round of interview was conducted by a different interviewer, each from a different business unit. The interview questions will be based on your past experiences, and they would ask you to elaborate on some of these experiences.

El proceso de selección fue bastante largo: alrededor de 3 meses de espera, 3 entrevistas y aproximadamente 6 horas en total hablando con diferentes personas. Al final, la propuesta consistía en unas prácticas no remuneradas y la decisión fue negativa. Creo que el proceso podría ser más ágil y transparente para evitar invertir tanto tiempo por ambas partes.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
