Phone interview- felt more like a discussion than an interview. Pretty straight forward questions about how you would handle a manufacturing line or balance multiple projects at one time. Got ghosted.

3 interviews stretched over several weeks. They vary significantly as some of the interviewers are very calming and nice, while others are very strict. They usually focus on character and
The interview was canceled during the start of the interview. Had to reschedule with a different interviewer. 7 Questions, about 1 hour. They were all pretty difficult questions that you should give long answers with good context.
