It was pretty intense. It was 3 interviews, back to back with mostly scenario based questions. They all took notes and all had something to add or to ask. Then they gave me a tour of the plant. Once I git the job, they actually took hair sampkes for the drug test. They gave me uniforms, jackets, a locker, ppe, all sorts of things. I had to take a physical as well, which was also pretty intense.
