First you have to take an online game assessment exam, then a first round of interview, then a second and third round if you pass the first one. The questions were very situational and you have to give a lot of examples from your past experiences.

un colloquio online e due in presenza in germania. tutti e 3 i colloqui uguali: parte motivazionale e poi situationals con star method. più un case study alla fine su business.

Online Assessment und danach 3 Runden (1 online 2 vor Ort) alle mit anderen Finance Managern. Hauptsächlich Personal Fit und jeweils eine kleine Case Study. Man sollte sich mit dem Unternehmen beschäftigt haben und grundlegende Finance Kenntnisse besitzen aber ansonsten nicht unglaublich viel Vorbereitung notwendig. Es wird viel auf den Charakter gesetzt.
