Majority Behavioral Based and No "Technical Questions" besides asking how you typically work through problems, you should answer questions using classroom/project experience and leadership experience. The interview also includes a success driver and reasoning test. Only 10% of applicants pass both. If you pass both and have at least a 3.0 you automatically get the first interview

I had 3 interviews. The interview process took 4 weeks until I received my offer. The interviewers were all so lovely and asked very similar questions. 1st interview was with 2 managers (Data & Production Line). 2nd interview was with 1 manager (App development/Robotics team). 3rd interview was with 1 manager (Hiring Manager for IT interns).

Starts with self-introductions and usual behaviour interview questions. At the end you are given a chance to ask questions. Was also given an opportunity to speak with an existing employee even during interview which addresses some of the questions I had.

Very simple and straight forward with 5 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions . 2 rounds of interviews with he second round typically having the same or similar questions as the first but more people not eh panel. If you pass the second round you get the job.
