The overall interview process took slightly more than 2 months, and an additional 1 month to get back on result. In total, 3 full months.
Aside from assessment tests and design challenge, there were 3 other rounds (1+ hour each) meeting people in various functions, i.e. brand managers, design director and a panel of two department directors. Every round is almost similar - Introduce yourself and a series of situational questions, how you’d handle them etc.
4th and final 30mins with supposedly the reporting person, were mainly aligning on team/role’s expectations, also used this opportunity to ask in-depth questions to find out more about the department and role.
In summary,
- 1x assessment test
- 1x design challenge
- 4x rounds of interviews
It was quite an experience meeting the P&G team, understanding how they work, however I’d definitely hope that the hiring process could be shorten.
