Very smooth & comfortable process. Psychometric process, followed by an aptitude test and finally 2 rounds of interviews. Questions in interview were mainly behavioural & sales situation based. Main characteristics they were looking for were critical thinking, handling pressure, problem solving, working in a team & conflict resolution and negotiation skills
