The interview process Very long and intense with a personality assessment. Multiple interviews required with multiple levels of management. However, people are very nice and creates an atmosphere of wanting you to succeed.
Apply, Personality and IQ test, Phone Screen, then two interviews. for the personality test do not answer truthfully, just put what you think they want to hear.
Seriously, do not even care about looking humble or potentially flawed in the least possible way.

Generic Phone screen and Online Test. Online Test was glitchy, skipped instructional screens needed to complete portions of the test. No way to contact anyone, so you basically waste half an hour of your life and then get an autogenerated decline.
