Very straight forward describing how you feel towards certain behaviours and occurances, no time pressure, not necessary to complete in one everything in go. Test stage, you are invitd to complete a three part test given 45mins to complete, comprising a math based section, written comprehension section, and a determin the pattern type section. Afterward you are invited to a interview with a planning leadder and are asked to recall very specific moments of when you demonstrated a certain attribute. It was about a two day wait bettween each addmision step except for the last one after the interview i waited about 1 week.
