      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Apr 2015

      Interview

After submitting my cover letter and résumé I recieved a link for a survey and an ability test. Having completed the survey and the test I was informed that this might take a while. Some weeks later I was contacted by the company and we scheduled an interview. The first part of the process was a new ability test. This lasted for about one hour. Passing the test, the next step was to be interviewed. There where two interviews that day, and after passing both of them I was informed that the last step was to have an interview with the office manager. This was scheduled for some weeks later and after passing this I was offered an internship.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The ability test was both quantitative and logical. Some of the questions bear recembelence to GMAT questions in terms of ambiguity, but they where not too complicated. The second part bear recembelence to an IQ test. The interviews mostly consisted of behavioural questions. Explaining your actions and results are very important and make sure to read all the prep-material they send before the interview.
