Hiring process included an online skills test which ranged from personal and professional qualities to figuring out sequences in shapes. Interview process involved a skills test and a panel interview by two managers.

Online application followed by online assessment consisting of 2 parts: 1. Peak Performance - situational judgement questions + personality test (MCQ, scale) 2. Interactive Assessment - numerical & spacial reasoning (3 parts - 2 of them are adaptive and you try to answer as many questions as you can within the time limit while maintaining accuracy, and the other part has 3 sub-parts)
