Interview
3 Gesräche über 1 Woche verteilt. Man bekommt vorher informationen, dass man die STAR Methode anwenden soll. Es sind überwiegend Fragen zu der Motivation und Persönlichkeit. Das Gespräch war jewels ca. 30min also daher eher kurz. Es wird sich immer zuerst kurz vorgestellt und dann kommen mehr persönliche Fragen. Generell war das interview feeling eher wie ein Gespräch was angenehm war.

El proceso de selección fue bastante largo: alrededor de 3 meses de espera, 3 entrevistas y aproximadamente 6 horas en total hablando con diferentes personas. Al final, la propuesta consistía en unas prácticas no remuneradas y la decisión fue negativa. Creo que el proceso podría ser más ágil y transparente para evitar invertir tanto tiempo por ambas partes.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
