I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had to take 2 assessment tests prior to getting an interview. The assessment tests weren't very hard. Some questions were common sense, others tested your problems solving skills. The interview was laid back and they did not ask me any finance related questions. They asked me questions that were more related to experiences that I've had and how I've dealt with some challenging situations.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Initial screening online. Written test, mostly logic under timing constraints. Then 3-5 rounds of interview from junior brand manager to director levels. HR is supportive throughout and gets back quickly to you. Questions revolve mainly about demonstrated abilities on soft skills (leadership, conflict, etc) and concrete examples of it. Every set of interview is meant to explore new skills to ensure applicant (generally junior) has an all-rounded profit and the right cultural fit with the company.
