Interview
It was a campus placement. They had a criteria of 60% above in all 10,12, and semesters marks. 1st there was a Online test with aptitude, verbal, Computer science mcqs and coding (3 questions). Every questions where average. The surprise is out 1179 eligible students, they selected 60 students. I don't know how they shortlisted, but my friend who have solved the 3 coding questions and did the other mcqs great, was not selected.
When I contacted my friend in other college, who have attended the same placement a week before us, told me that they randomly select the students from the list after the test.
I don't believe it, but it is not problem.
I did average, not too great.

Campus placement drive. 3 Stage Interview. An initial assessment for both programming skills in any chosen language and aptitude test. Then to technical interview where the interviewer saw 2 projects on my resume and asked alot of question regarding the projects. Then the HR interview where they interviewer seemed extremely disinterested and asked very few questions regarding myself and then asked if I had any questions for them.

Interview
The first round was an online assessment that included a mix of coding problems and technical multiple-choice questions. The coding section tested problem-solving and basic algorithmic skills, while the MCQs covered core concepts such as data structures, OOP, and general programming knowledge. Candidates shortlisted from the online assessment participated in a group discussion. We were given a topic and asked to discuss it as a group. The technical round focused on my understanding of programming, data structures, databases, and project experience. The final round was an HR discussion covering my background, strengths, expectations, and general behavioral questions. They also evaluated cultural fit and communication.
