Interview
Worst experience ever.
Consultancy company will call and will schedule the face to face interview. Once you reach there minimum of 45 mins we have to wait to attend. Worst hr team they don’t have minimum courtesy to address the candidate.
And coming to the interviewer that person has not even saw my resume before taking my interview and moreover that person had directly asked me to give 5 mins to check my resume in front of me. And the person has only half knowledge and was asking all inappropriate questions.
After the interview, we had waited for 1hour and no one turned around to address us and none of them were accessible except the receptionists, who will be busy with their personal calls always. After repeated ask, receptionist just replies that hr will call you and will let you know the result. Ha ha that god only knows when they will call and anyway I am least bothered.
Better you all avoid ignore this irresponsible company

Interview
Worst Interview process ever!
They call the candidates without screening the resume.
I was waiting from morning 9.30 to evening 4.30 only to find out that their requirements does not match with my skill set.
They didn't even had the basic courtesy of telling candidates to have lunch if the interview process is going to take more time than expected.
Advice to Management - Please stop hiring and close the company!
