I applied online and heard back within a few days from HR.
The first round was a a phone call with HR and it was one of those where they take notes so that the hiring manager could review them and make the final call. So fairly robotic and not lively at all.
The second round was a hour Zoom interview with one of the managers. The first part of the interview was behavioral, which was very relaxed. The second part was an A/B test case study. It was more of a consulting style case study where not all information is initially given. I unfortunately was not expecting a case study and don't think I performed that well.
I did not make it past this round. Specifically, I was ghosted, and never heard back from Prodege again after that interview. I was only prompted to write this because I saw they posted the position online again.
I think the next part would have been a take home SQL case study, along with interviews with the VP of the team and additional team members.
Overall, my impression was that the people here are super nice...but nobody really has an actual passion for their products. And I think you have to express that excitement for the products when they are so niche.
