I went to an open job fair, they were part of it. I left my resume, they called me, did a phone interview then a formal interview and finally a call with the client. First two in my local language and the final one with the client in english, an hour or so conversation about my leadership style and how could I improve things going forward. Had a hard time listening to the client because it was like a conference call with a small phone. The Director came in and start listening to the call what made me a bit nervous.
