I actually did not have an interview because the recruiter stood me up! This was the most bizarre, unprofessional experience I have ever had with a recruiter. I applied via LinkedIn & a recruiter from Leo Burnett (Prodigious is under the same parent company so they use LB recruiters) emailed me a few days later to set up a phone screen. We agreed on a date/time that I would call her. When the day came, I called at the agreed upon time & got no answer. I figured maybe she had just stepped away from her desk so I waited a few mins & tried again - again no answer. I left a voicemail & also sent an email to let her know that I had attempted to contact her twice & to see if she needed to reschedule. To this day I have never got any response. I had never heard of Prodigious before, but I am very familiar with Leo Burnett & have always had a lot of respect for that agency so I was super disappointed to be treated this way by one of their representatives. If the role was filled or she no longer thought I was a good fit for some reason then she should have communicated that. I have never heard of a recruiter just sending a candidate to voicemail & never reaching out again or giving any explanation of what happened.

Rushed. Only had one 30 minute interview and then canceled the second person I was supposed to interview. Told me I should expect to work most nights until 8pm and sometimes past midnight, even on weekends.
